40 year old Fedra Abrahan has been traveling to Peru to learn from native medicine men for 7 years now. However, this trip is different, her father has just died and she decides to mourn him in the Amazon jungle undergoing several healing, cleansing and purifying rituals with medicine plants, as well as fasting and searching for visions. The process is difficult, but she is willing to push through to become a medicine woman.
